'My Singapore New Norm' Micro Film Competition accepts microfilms of all categories including story film, documentary film and animation.
• Step 1: Register for the competition before 20 December 2021, and join any of our free workshops and sharing sessions online
• Step 2: Start producing your microfilm(s)
• Step 3: Submit your microfilm(s) from 21 December 2021 to 1 March 2022
The Competition is split into 3 main categories:
Participants must be of age 13 and above. If you are under the age of 18, you must ensure that you have a signed consent form from your parent or legal guardian at the point of submission. Click here for the form.

• Submission period: 21 December 2021 to 1 March 2022 23:59 (Click for submission form)
• Nomination deadline: 29 May 2022 (Click for nomination form)

| Duration | Each Film shall be of a minimum run length of 30 seconds or of a maximum run length of 10 minutes. |
| Language | A submitted Film can be in any language. However, English productions are to be subtitled in simplified Chinese, Chinese productions are to be subtitled in English, and productions in all other languages are to be subtitled in both English and simplified Chinese. The title of each submitted Film shall be either in English or in simplified Chinese. |
| Opening and closing credits | All microfilms must contain complete opening and closing credits. At the end, “My Singapore New Norm” Micro Film Competition logo must also be inserted. (Download here) |
| Equipment | No restriction, you may use your mobile phones, tablets, cameras, etc. |
A short synopsis of the story (no more than 150 words in either Chinese or English) must be submitted together with the microfilm.
Participants must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the competition.
