“我的新加坡未来”微电影比赛的呈现方式不限，影片类型可以是故事片、纪录片、动画片、专题片等。

• 第二步：进行拍摄微电影
• 第三步：2017年3月15日前呈交您制作的微电影！

"My Singapore Future" Micro Film Competition accepts micro film of all categories including story film, documentary film and animation.

• Step 1: Register for our free workshops and sharing session online
• Step 2: Start shooting your micro film(s)
• Step 3: Submit your micro film(s) before 15 March 2017

竞赛将被分为两个基本类别：

• 类别一，为“公开组”类别 — 新加坡籍或居住新加坡的人士
• 类别二，“学生组”，专门为学生而设置—所有正在组织者所认可的学校（组织者具有唯一和全部的自由裁量权）接受全日制教育的学生。参赛者年龄需至少13岁或以上；学生组只开放给新加坡籍或在新加坡求学的学生。

如果你的年龄在18周岁以下，在你提交电影的当日，你必须保证你的报名表上有你父母或者法定监护人的签名和提交他们的身份证或护照复印件。

The Competition is conducted in 2 main categories:

• Category I, the “Open” category - Open to all Singaporeans and/or of
• Category II, the “Student” category, for students - open to all persons pursuing a Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency status (though studying or residing overseas), aged 13 years old and above. full-time educational course in an educational institution recognised by the Organisers (at their sole and entire discretion).

If you are below the age of 18 at the date of submission of your Film, you must ensure that your Entry Form is signed by your parent or guardian with photocopies of his/her valid NRIC/passport or any other identification document.

All submission must be done online.
Participants are to fill up the submission form with all valid particulars together with your micro film.

All entries should be between 30 seconds to ten (10) minute, and should not exceed 30MB.

If your entry passed the preliminary round of adjudication, contestants must submit high-resolution versions of their entries. The Film must be sent by Registered Mail or sent by hand to:

Entries shall not be deemed to have been received by the Organisers unless you are able to produce proof of receipt by the Organisers.

微电影的长度必须介于30秒至10分钟之间，作品的大小也不超过30MB。 若作品通过初审阶段， 参赛者须把高解晰度(High Resolution)的作品须经挂号信寄送或亲自送交至：

除非报名者能够提供证据证明组织者已经收到了其报名材料，否则其报名不会被推定为已经被组织者收到。

电影的提交仅限于挂号信或者直接递交的方式，同时提供提交的证明。

不限（可用手机、平板电脑、相机、专业摄影机等器材）

No restriction, you may use your mobile phones, tablets, camera, video camera etc.

制作完成的参赛作品，需在短片片尾加入“我的新加坡故事”微电影大赛活动的标志。(按此下载)

以英语制作的作品，必须配上华语字幕；以华语制作的作品，须配上英语字幕；以其他语言制作的作品，须配上英语和华语字幕。

Micro film produced in English must be subtitled in Chinese, and micro film produced in Mandarin must be subtitled in English .
